DANCE CLASS PHASES
Steppin’ Out offers a variety of classes for students starting at age 18 months through adults. Our classes are for students of all levels including beginner, intermediate, advanced, and competitive levels.
Dance Class Schedule: Due to the security and safety of our students; Steppin' Out will not post a schedule online.

DANCE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
OVERALL DANCE ATTIRE
Positively no bare feet will be permitted in class. All students are required to wear the above proper dance wear. Please come to class with the proper dance and foot wear, what the student wears on their body and feet is extremely important to their dance training, spotting by the teacher and support to prevent dance injury. Note: Shoes need to be purchased through the studio to ensure proper fitting, quality for the money spent, and the uniformity of color tone and shoe style. Purchases made thru the studio are discounted for all Steppin' Out students.

All students should have all dance attire & shoes acquired prior to the start of the first class.

No shirts, sweats or baggy clothing will be allowed over dance wear during class time.

Due to durability & uniformity - All shoes must be of the Leo, Revolution, Weissman/Balero or Danshuz brand.

No jewelry or cell phones allowed in class.

Hair must be tied back and off of the face.
Dance wear is available at Steppin' Out Academy's of Dance store. Families of Steppin Out receive studio purchase discounts of dance wear. Contact us to learn more.

STEPPIN' OUT DANCE TEAMS
Our dance team, the Steppin' Out Starlites, are a specialized group of dancers whom tryout and perform/compete at various dance competitions and dance based venues thru out the tri state area representing our studio. The dancers take additional classes on top of their regular dance program to better their technique in all the genres they preform.
To be considered on the team, each dancer MUST be dedicated and be willing to work extremely hard; both at the studio and at home. All of the team members and their parents work together as a group and form a special bond and friendship. It is very rewarding to all our members and their family. Student must take part in a Ballet class on top of the other weekly class offerings specified for team.
Outside of the awards, many competitions also offer financial scholarships to many of the dancers to use for furthering their education in dance, whether it be their own studio or for the college of their choice.
Tryouts are scheduled for August. Please speak to Miss Pam if interested.

ADULT DANCE CLASSES
Steppin’ Out is one of very few dance studios in the Lehigh Valley offering classes for Adults, ages 19 +.
It is fun exercise, muscle strength, and social interaction. BRING A FRIEND!!

Class Description: Our Friend n Me class is VERY popular at Steppin Out.
Forty Five minute class - This is a creative movement class for our petite ages 18-36 months (3 years). Perfect for children who may need a little more time separating from Mommy, Daddy or other caregivers. Parents and/or caregivers actively participate in class as the children learn the basics of dance, movement and terminology through song, stories and games. We also focus on building self confidence as they grow. We use many props to help discover their imaginations and basic motor skills.
FRIEND & ME PROGRAM
Steppin’ Out’s Friend & Me program offers your child music, movement, motor skill and social skill development, bonding time, and encourages friendship with one another. Dance movement enhances attention spans (add more), all to fun, and interactive music.

BIRTHDAY PARTY RENTAL
Share Your Special Day at Steppin’ Out! Looking for a fun and entertaining birthday party venue for your child? Steppin’ Out has all the amenities to throw a great party. We provide entertainment, music, games, and even a party bag for all your guests.
We provide ample time for cake/snack service, as well as gift opening and additional games as desired by the family.
Please notify the studio ten days prior to the party with final tally of attending children/ guests.

Note: Deposit is due 2-weeks prior to the party and balance is due prior to start of the party. Please notify the studio 10-days prior to the party date with the total number of children attending.
